Partnership Operations
By booking services with Princess Productions, LLC, the client agrees to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the planning, coordination, and delivery of event production and related service arrangements.
Princess Productions, LLC works to meet timelines and deliverables agreed upon with each client. Delivery dates depend on timely approvals, accurate event information, venue cooperation, and third-party vendor performance.
Clients agree to pay invoiced service fees to Princess Productions, LLC according to agreed payment terms. Any third-party charges, including venue, entertainment, rentals, or external vendor fees, remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in writing.
Upon full payment, clients retain rights to finalized deliverables produced specifically for their event unless otherwise defined in a written agreement. Princess Productions, LLC retains rights to internal workflows, templates, and proprietary methods used to provide services.
Either party may terminate services by written notice subject to agreed contract terms. Upon termination, Princess Productions, LLC will complete or pause work in accordance with the current agreement and any outstanding payment obligations.
